Summer Exhibit: "Storyland: A Trip Through Childhood Favorites"

ImaginOn is thrilled welcome back "Storyland: A Trip Though Childhood Favorites," from May 25th to September 7th.  Step into the pages of favorite children’s books and joyfully explore literacy-rich environments inspired by beloved and award-winning children’s books. Each story is transformed into a 3D play space where children interact with the story and its characters. Build a snowperson in The Snowy Day, explore an oversized alphabet playground in Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and more.   The 1,500 sq. ft. exhibit features:

Summer Exhibit: “Framed: Step into Art”

Step inside the framework of famous paintings and experience art like never before in “Framed: Step into Art,” opening at ImaginOn: The Joe and Joan Martin Center on May 20 through Sept. 3. Children and adults can enjoy a robust noontime meal in Grant Wood’s “Dinner for Threshers,” climb into a tent and explore camping gear in John Singer Sargent’s “Camp at Lake O’Hara,” add corn husks to the flower tower in Diego Rivera’s “Corn Festival” and enter Clementine Hunter’s “Big Chicken” to get behind the reins of a giant rooster.
